The Daisy Programme can help by providing:
- One to one support
- Counselling Support to deal with more complex issues where we feel the client would benefit from a more formal setting
We are client led, once an initial visit has taken place we will assess and agree with the client the next steps.
Daisy Programme are keen to provide a holistic approach by providing essential emotional and practical support.
This will be achieved in 3 ways:
The Freedom Program:- A 12 week rolling program which examines the roles played by attitudes and beliefs on the actions of abusive men and the responses of women victims and survivors. The aim is to help women who have experienced domestic abuse to make sense of and understand what has happened to them, instead of the whole experience just feeling like a complete disaster and to work with them to educate about the signs to look out for if and when they enter a new relationship.
My Confidence Programme – My Confidence, an 8 week programme, is a collection of personal development mentoring tools for women, designed to develop an understanding of personal worth, strength and purpose and to help women realise their full potential.
My Confidence provides unique personal development and group mentoring tools that use an inspirational, practical and experiential approach to learning. The program is founded upon the premise that every life counts and has intrinsic value and fosters an awareness of this belief.
Sessions aim to develop a strong sense of personal identity, confidence and hope. These program objectives are achieved through 3 foundational concepts: Belief, Imagine, Grow.
Support on Domestic Abuse Group - An ongoing support group for those who have been through the Freedom Program and/or Shine. This will be an opportunity to maintain continued ongoing support with peers facing ongoing concerns and worries. It will also be an opportunity to share hopes and dreams and support each other on individual journeys. You no longer feel alone.
