Freedom Programme is held over 10 weeks in a group setting and examines the roles played by attitudes and beliefs on the action of abusive men and the responses of women victims and survivors. The aim is to help women who have experienced Domestic Abuse, to make sense of and understand what has happened to them, instead of the whole experience just feeling like a complete disaster; and to work with them to educate about the signs to look out for if and when they enter a new relationship.
We are currently running courses in Thetford, Watton and Dereham.

Feedback from one of our Clients:
“I felt the sessions have not only given me confidence but have empowered me to ensure any effects on my children are dealt with. The sessions also gave me an opportunity to talk about any issues with people that understood wholeheartedly what I am feeling.”
